1. Verification of received applications.

We thoroughly analyse each application. It should contain your CV and cover letter, i.e. a short explanation why it should be you. The CV should include your all qualifications and skills that can help you get to our team. Remember that we will first of all verify conformity of all information contained in the document with the profile of a candidate for a given position. Do not pretend. If you are not Larry Wall, do not write "excellent knowledge of Perl". We will check you.

2. Preliminary interview.

If we like what you wrote about yourself or your qualifications satisfy our demands, we will invite you to the preliminary interview. You will learn more about our company, about the way we work and you will tell us more about yourself. During this meeting, we will verify your predisposition towards working at the position you apply for and will verify your substantive knowledge in the right scope.

3. Practical tests.

Should the previous stage give satisfactory results, we will check your skills and knowledge in practice. The tests usually last from 45 to 60 minutes and cover both theoretical aspects and practical attitude to the given problem. Passing this stage is necessary to become a member of our team.

4. Interview.

Now it’s your turn. Based on data gathered in the three previous stages, we will offer you a contract, remuneration and job description. Some of these conditions are negotiable.

5. Recruitment process.

You are not alone. There are usually numerous candidates for a given position. We choose the best, the most efficient and the most effective ones. The hard rules of job market are the most important factor here.

6. Feedback.

We will let you know the results, no matter if you are in or out. You should receive our feedback not later than 14 days from the interview.

If you run a company (also a single-person business) that implements IT projects based on its resources and you wish to become our subcontractor – nothing can be easier! The recruitment process of your employees is similar to the one we use to hire new employees, but since the entire responsibility lies within the subcontractor, the process is faster and provides results almost immediately.
