After completion of each project, we provide its technical documentation and we put the team of qualified engineers at your disposal – they will be busy supervising just your product in the first period of its operation. Then, the team will be replaced by a group Competence Centre persons who will provide you with immediate assistance in case of any problems in the scope specified in the concluded contract.
We never leave our Clients without appropriate support. We are there for you – always, prior to implementation, offering advice, during implementation, offering our skills, and after implementation, offering the top quality product and expected support.
All Clients receive a unique login and password that enable them to get access to our CRM system and project control system and trace the project’s subsequent stages of creation, implementation, or final control.
